      • Have your child help you fold the laundry while you talk about their day.
      • Tell your child stories about when you were their age.


        • Ask your child to explain their favorite game to you, then play it together. 
        • Sit down with your child and help them with their schoolwork or do an activity together.
        • Visit your child at school or walk them to their class.
        • Head to the park together and spend some time playing with them rather than sitting and watching.


          Remember, it's not about the activity itself, but rather the intention behind it. By taking just 10 minutes to connect with your child in a meaningful way, you can help to strengthen your bond and improve your relationship.
